Appointments*
Students are expected to attend meetings scheduled with the Office of Student Conduct (OSC). Appointments may be rescheduled only in emergency circumstances, and will be rescheduled at a time within 72 hours of the original appointment. If an emergency occurs and you need to request a rescheduled appointment you must make a request no later than 24 hours prior to your initial appointment time by calling (415) 338-2032 and leaving a voicemail, or emailing conduct@sfsu.edu, with contact information for you to be reached, Monday through Friday between 8:00a.m. - 4:30p.m.
Failure to attend any scheduled appointments will result in further action by the Office of Student Conduct.
*Formal Hearings involve a great deal of preparation and collaboration. Students involved in this portion of the student conduct process should be aware that dates scheduled for Formal Hearings are firm.
If you require reasonable accommodations based on a disability to participate in the student conduct process, please contact the Office of Student Conduct at least five (5) business days in advance of the scheduled meeting so appropriate accommodations can be secured.
